United States and Canada
Express 3-4 business day delivery to North America is a flat-rate of only $34.95 NZD (Approx. $21 USD). As we want to ensure that all parcels are delivered safely and on time we now offer express shipping only. This way you get your parcel every time with only a few days wait.
Rest of the World
Orders to all other addresses worldwide are a flat-rate of $39.95 NZD (Approx. $24 USD).
We try to ship all items the following day to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. However, please allow 2-3 days for processing time, and up to 4 extra working days during a sale.
Delivery delays will be as a result of couriers which is sadly sometimes outside of our control.
Courier delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand: 2-3 courier service to your door for urban addresses. 4-5 days for rural addresses. Please allow up to 7 days for your delivery.
- Australia: 10-20 days NZ Post Economy Courier service. Allow 20-25 days for rural addresses. DHL Express service is 2-4 working days.
- US & Canada: 14-25 days via NZ Post Air Parcels and your national postal service. DHL Express service is 3-4 working days.
- The Rest of the World: Delivery times greatly vary for all countries because of different customs regulations and national post delivery times. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery.
Please note that the delivery times are a guideline only and do not take into consideration any customs hold-ups that may occur.
Important: Please be aware if your order is being delivered outside of New Zealand you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. Charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise.

Processing Your Order
Once we received your order, its status will be updated in your account (if you created an account with us). Log in to check on its progress. Once our items are shipped you will also receive a confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.
If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the next business day.
For security reasons and prevention of credit card fraud we do not send any orders to PO Boxes or Mailbag addresses.
